Dissemination

Pillar 1: Information Dissemination

"People don't care about how much you know, until they know about how much you care."

This is the first of 3 core principles in our business formula. We as health professionals consider it an honor to make known valueable information about preventive medicine, via exercise and nutrition. Therefore, CBCFitness' coaches and instructors aim to share with you the highest quality of valid knowledge and work with you through the most difficult phase of lifestyle behavioral adjustment: INTEGRATION.

Integration

Pillar 2: Technology Integration

How do I apply this information I have learned?

We address this concern with a focus on sharing the training accountability. We are developing a way to have an interactive training log in which all training sessions will be posted, accounted for and validated by both parties (i.e, athlete & coach). This invites instant feedback into the training enviroment and reinforces the long-term training goals each day. When a person has direction and knows why they are doing what they are doing, something fascinating occurs within that individual -- EDIFICATION.

Edification

Pillar 3: Client Edification

People require direction that addresses the need to know why, what, and the standards by which their work is evaluated. This is essential for sustained client accountability.
